Taylos is operated by Akaska UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Kratzerstraße 8A, 80638 Munich, Germany, registered with Amtsgericht München under HRB 313064 and represented by its managing director Benedict Joachim Eduard Krötz.
You may use Taylos only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Taylos is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
If you use Taylos on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” includes that entity.
Taylos provides AI-assisted meeting support, including real-time assistance, transcripts, summaries, follow-up drafting, and related workflow features. Features may change over time.
Taylos is designed to support human decision-making, not replace it.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials, and all activity under your account.
You must promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Paid access to Taylos may be offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Pricing, plan details, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout, on the pricing page, or in a separate order form.
If you start a free trial, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
You may cancel a self-serve subscription at any time through your billing settings or the billing portal made available to you. Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
If you are a consumer, mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. Any additional consumer information shown at checkout forms part of the contract with you.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Taylos complies with applicable law, internal policies, and contractual obligations, including any notice, consent, confidentiality, or employment-law requirements that may apply to the recording, transcription, or analysis of conversations.
If your use of Taylos involves third-party personal data, you are responsible for having an appropriate legal basis for that use.
- You may not use Taylos to break the law, infringe the rights of others, or process data in a way you are not authorized to process.
- You may not probe, disrupt, or abuse the service, or reverse engineer protected elements of the service except where applicable law prohibits such a restriction.
- You may not use Taylos in connection with prohibited surveillance, unlawful discrimination, or unlawful employment decision-making.
Taylos uses AI systems to generate outputs that may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate. You remain solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to use any output generated by Taylos.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We do not guarantee that Taylos will be available at all times or without interruption.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. If you are a business customer and require a data processing agreement, contact support@taylos.ai.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that you are violating these Terms, creating legal or security risk, failing to pay amounts due, or using the service in a way that could harm Taylos, our users, or third parties.
Taylos and its underlying software, branding, design, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Taylos during your subscription term or other permitted use period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taylos is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities.
Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to Taylos will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us for Taylos in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
If you are a merchant, legal entity under public law, or special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules and venue rights applicable to you remain unaffected.
